The products acquired through this website, grant the right of return within 30 business days from the date of reception. Only returns of products in their original condition will be accepted, with their warranty seals unaffected and complemented by their invoice or purchase receipt, as well as their original packaging in perfect condition, the use of adhesive tapes or seals applied directly on them is not allowed.

Garantía

All our products benefit from a two-year warranty, according to art. 123 RDL 1/2007, of November 16th. In the event that the contribution by the different manufacturers of each of our articles is greater than this period, the longest duration will be used. Damages or defects due to incorrect use or handling of the product, as well as wear and tear caused by normal usage of the product, are not backed up by this warranty.

The Warranty will lose its value:

  • If any of the data on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.
  • If the identification number and/or the guaranteed item itself are tampered or repaired without the knowledge of the technical service.
  • If the signature or seal of the establishment is missing.

For the processing of any warranty, the invoice or proof of purchase is essential.
