What's the loyalty program?
Each purchase you make on our website or in-store will have an associated value expressed in points. Once the shipment is confirmed, the total amount of points will be added to your account. You will be able to redeem those points in future orders and, if you have enough, they can even be free.
How can I check my points?
From your dashboard you will have a section called "My rewards" and in it you will be able to check, in addition to the available balance, the points history and the available vouchers. It is important to bear in mind that the activation of the points is not immediate and that they will be transferred to your account after 14 days after the purchase.
How can I redeem my points?
It's really simple, from the "my rewards" section of your account you will see a text field, in this field you can enter the number of points you want to convert into a voucher. Once in the shopping cart the code will appear below and you can add it if you want.
Does my points have an expiration?
The points have an expiration of 1 year from the time they are awarded. The generated vouchers will have an expiration of one year.
